This is our Raiding/ Infantry Aces campaign at my local club.
You may have one raiding force and/or one garrison force, you do not need to use the same force for every game but you must stick to the same force organisation chart. All forces must be legal, i.e. take the basic core troops, if you can’t do this let me know.
Turn 1 Deep Desert
You can only take combat and weapons platoons, no support.
You cannot have any armoured platoons, unarmoured teams only.
Raiding forces 300pts
Garrison forces 600pts
Turn 2
You can take a maximum of 1 armoured unit, with no more than 3 teams.
Raiding forces 400pts
Garrison forces 800pts
Turn 3
You can take up to 2 armoured units with a maximum of one unit of 3 teams and one unit of 5 teams.
Raiding forces 500pts
Garrison forces 1000pts
It looks fun,
As a German player I am looking at picking up a Panzerspah Platoon, But am unsure which one? The Half-track ones appeal, but AA probably won't feature so I'm sure whether to go with the 8 Wheeler or 4? There will be lots of transports and vehicles so the lighter 2cm cannon shouldn't be too much of a problem. The Book were using is NORTH AFRICA...
