What kind of playstyle do you want? What kind of colorschemes grab your eye? Are you looking for a specific kind of army? Threads like this are just echo chambers unless you give us some guidelines to recommend you stuff by.

Seeing as you appear to like armies on the shootier end of the spectrum, I would go with either IG or DE, depending on how much you want to spend, IG come out to be alot more expensive
