Let's say that Malys & Vect are joining a group of Grotesques & are engaged in cc with a GK Termies sqd. Does this mean that they are all immune from the GK Termies' Force Weapons instant-kill effect?

Yes, they'd all be immune to that. However, the powers that buff's GK's abilities (ie, hammerhand/quicksilver) still goes off.

I thought you couldn't have two IC's in a squad together.

ICs are allowed to join squads, and there's no rule prohibiting 2 ICs from joining the same squads. ICs can join anything except a unit that can only ever consist of one model - they can even join other ICs.
