Hey, this is a fun list that I am thinking of playing with my friends
I like winning but I this is only a semi comp
What do you think?

So the Librarian is with the Honor guard because they need forcedome (they will get in the LRC first turn)
Marneus is with the terminators in the LRC, because I want to play Marneus (I know he is not the best choice, but man he is one cool dude)

The Honor guards LR go towards the troops
The Terminators LR go towards the tanks
Tacticals either sit back and shoot or they help by running up and flame/melta things

You have everything loose apart from two 'raiders. They are huge targets.

Essentially you do not have enough killness in your list and things do not work together.

Let me use the advice you gave me and just quit my semi competitive fun list.
Pointers are fun like use rhinos instead of LR and get more troops (which I was expecting to hear)
But thanks for telling me my list sucks I guess...

You have two assault troops that really need raiders to get into action.
Then having two 'raiders is too huge for this points costs and this codex.

Then tactical squads really need transportation to be effective.

How you wish to solve this? I am not sure.

OK let's go for drop one raider and the assault termies. The honour guard can do their job but badly whilst looking a bit silly if we are honest.
Then to get a raider sure go for rhinos to cover the raiders as the raider charges forward.

That is a huge change. How else do you want it to work?

Yah man, you should probably build a new list. But don't worry, things like this happen when one is trying to make an army list!

If you points spare I would go for the 2 tac. squads with melta, combimelta, ML. ML is just for range whilst I think you will have most problems with mech.
Also you might as well go for 9 scouts+Telion.

Anyway why not. I think you lack a long range threat but otherwise it is not too bad

I was going for a in your face smurf list, not your standard shoot you up list.
I do got some points to spare I guess both the tacticals should be melta melta melta.
If I wanted to build a competitive list I would not be using Marneus, he is way too expensive.
