It seems decent enough, the weakest link I see is the Skorcha. I personally think it'd be best switched to another Rokkit Buggy. My play experience says that Deff Dreads really aren't that great, so I'd drop those as well and max out the Buggy Squadrons and try to increase the Loota squad size.
I'm assuming the Boyz are Shootas since you didn't mention what they're equipped with, correct?

This is essentially what I run with minus the Buggies (I use Suicide Koptas) and I take all Rokkits or all grotzookas, but I think you are OK there.
My deployment is usually the first step towards victory. It's funny watching the look on my opponents face when they see that my entire half of the board is covered

I suppose I could drop the Skorcha for another Warbuggy. Yeah. I tested this out on Vassal a while ago, and the opponent was just like...wtf.

The Scorcha will be more useful in some cases than a Buggy and it really won't likely make much difference in any case. Lowering the Kill-point count is perhaps the best argument either way.
A unit of Kommandos can be quite useful; I've only tried it with my Kan Wall once but it worked spectacularly that one time. I sometimes have found it difficult to find good spots for three units of Lootas anyway.
Other than the things you don't want to hear, there isn't much else to say.
