I got this game for christmas and was very impressed. Great minis (zvezda are one of my faviourite model manufactuarers) and imho good rule system. So I am inviting anyone who has this game or have played the game to give their opinion and speculate on what could be next......

I don't play it, but the 1:100 scale tanks and vehicles are great alternatives to other manufacturers.

I'm actually currently assembling an EW Mittlere Panzer Co. using Zvezda PzIIs, PzIVs, and SdKfz 251s. Not including the FOW Panzer Grenadier platoon and the artillery stands, the army only cost me ~$50.

Yes the tanks are very simple and I can see why you would use them for FOW

If you are doing a soviet army. I would suggest lots and lots of troops from PSC. IIRC they usually are RC in many lists. But you get a lot of them, and get a commissar. They kinda play like IG.

This is aimed at you, and it is about how if you get a soviet army. Which IIRC you said you are getting, and how their infantry plays a lot like IG.
