So after many many hours of debate, help from fellow forum members and a very fortunate deal from a friend I am now the proud owner of the beginnings of my very own "WAAAGH!!!!". I am still new to the hobby so I still need to learn about these Orks, learn how to play them, learn how to paint them and even if I am feeling brave enough possibly learn how to convert some of their models. But that is getting a little ahead of myself. But through my learning process I will be posting all my progress, thoughts and adventures with these little guys in this thread. Hopefully I can conquer this "Green Tide" that is encroaching on my work bench before it over throws my reign off my apartment. But that is enough talk from me right now, I spent a couple hours sorting out all the models and figuring out what I have, the following is a 95% accurate list of what I own right now... I might find something that I missed or possibly just put in the wrong group.
Model List:
Ghazghkull Thraka (Metal  )
Warboss x2 (
AoBR Version)
Nobz x22
Burna Boyz x7
Boyz x98
Gretchin x10 w/ Runtherder
Warbikes x8
Deffkoptas x9
Deff Dread
Trukk x1
Looted Wagon x1 (Land Raider that I will Ork'ify)
Stompa
All the models above are the making of my green skin army. Don't know yet what I still need or want, just going to focus on getting some paint on these guys and possibly in the mean time getting a couple games in with them. Below are some of the pictures that I took as before pictures, I apologize for the poor quality of the photos, the digital camera on my phone is the only camera I have. Hopefully in the coming weeks after holiday bills are under control I will go out and get a camera.
And those are the pictures that I have right now of the models that I own. Thraka is dipping in a very nice bath of purple power to remove the crappy paint job and super glue. I don't even know where to begin with painting. It looks like a couple of these guys are already painted but I am not fond of the way they look. Looks like it is time to search youtube and the forums for tutorials on painting these green skins. Well that is enough from me for one day. Please feel free to leave comments, critiques, or even suggestions. Thank you for looking.
