I put together the below for casual games, but looking for advice, then perhaps tweaking to take to tournaments. 

Sammael

Dreadnought - Drop pod
Terminators - 2x LC, 3xTH/SS and a CML
Terminators - 2x LC, 3xTH/SS and a CML

6 Bikes - with an Attack Bike

Typhoon Speeder - Melta
Typhoon Speeder - Melta

Predator - Twin-linked Las and Heavy Bolters

Sammael would be in his Land Speeder, so despite having the Dreads and Terms off the board at the start there are a lot of things for my opponent to focus on/worry about if I start second. 

It is fairly hard hitting and quick with a respectable amount of fire power for the points I feel. Five melta shots, five twin-linked missile launchers etc, some solid CC troops and a lot of objective holders.

I'd usually go OTT with LR's and Belial so keen to know what you all think.

If you are really worried about going second leave everything off the board at the start and just the normal teleport for both termies. Vindis may not be in range, Sammael should just about get the cannons in range, the pred. lascannon is pretty ok by itself, then typhoons can come on and at least shoot 2 missiles.

I would go for plasma guns for the bikes, also give one the apothecary. I think a fist would be good but depends on whether you think they stand any chance in cc in any case.

I neither like leaving a pred by itself at the back and the set up you have given it. I guess these points cancel out.

I suppose you could consider Belial. This would help you not to worry about keeping your bikes in position to come to claim objectives. Also his banner and apoth. are great.

What set up would you give the predator, it's still to be assembled. I planned to have it as support but in amongst things alongside the Vindicators, not sat back. Not played with one in ten years.

Not looking to get the bikes into CC but will look to get further points for a fist and maybe plasma, can't see apoth in the DA codex.

The bike cc thing is if even a tactical squad with a powerfist charges you then you can not escape and they will slowly kill your squad.

Everyone goes for autocannon and then either heavy bolters or lascannons on the side. There a few exceptions like Black Templars can do weird things.

You know your drop pods do not come down on turn 1? You termies get a choice.

Autolas is imo the best and cheapest pred loadout, las sponsons with autocannon turret.

CML's aren't twinlinked and haven't ever been to my knowledge. If you're referring to the speeders they got updated with the errata and use the Heavy 2 krak or frag profile now, and only cost 70pt each to boot!

its 75 for it to have the typhoon missile launcher including HB or MM (both these are free)

Perfect, I thought the Typhoons were twin-linked. Need to re-read my FAQ!
