9:00 am – Registration Begins

10:00 am – Player meeting and opening announcements

10:15 am - Round 1 Seating
10:30 am - Round 1 Begins
1:00 pm - Round 1 Ends - Lunch Break Begins

1:45 pm - Round 2 Seating
2:00 pm - Round 2 Begins
4:30 pm - Round 2 Ends - Dinner Break Begins

5:15 pm - Round 3 Seating
5:30 pm - Round 3 Begins
8:00 pm - Round 3 Ends

8:30 pm - Results
9:00 pm - Event Ends

11:00 pm - Store Close

DETAILS: 2000 point 40k swiss style tournament. There is a best painted award, although painted mini's are not required -- just encouraged! Tournament will last 3 rounds. Rounds will be called at exactly the 2 and a half hour mark, please do not start a round unless both players will be able to complete it. We ask that all players enjoy a brisk pace that allows a fun and complete experience.

We have left ample time in between rounds for both lunch and dinner breaks, in addition there is a 15 minute seating time to allow all players some extra time getting there models to their tables, and getting said players prepared.

We have the capacity for 50 players so signups will be used please call ahead or reply to this email to sign up.
