Ok does the vyper fall under the eldar jetbike rules? cause all references to the full name of the vyper always says vyper jetbike but there is no special rules saying it is indeed a jetbike. just wondering. also what is the full rules set for the eldar jetbike, i had some confusion come up in the last game i played.

We can't post full rules/stats here. It's a no-no.
The Vyper Jetbike is not a jetbike, despite it's name.
Jetbikes use the jetbike unit type, but the vyper is a Vehicle, and uses that set of rules.

All rules for the vyper can be found in the eldar codex. What do you mean by fluff rules?

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.

No, the Vyper is NOT a jetbike (Eldar or otherwise).
It is a FAST skimmer vehicle.
Same top end speed, cover save for speed is different and the mechanism (rule) is different.
