Glorious Lord of Chaos

The burning pits of Hades, also known as Sweden in summer

Note that this is not which one you think would win in a fight. This is which one you like the most, and why. Try not to be affected be your current race(s). for example, playing BA does not force you to choose Sanguinius.
I chose Kurze, for he is a badass sneaky assassin brute.

Lion El'Jonson is my favorite. He was the socially inept but a tactical genius(hurr...). It created a great relationship between him and Luther and made Luther's betrayal all the more devastating. I also the love the relationship between him and Russ, their bitter rivalry grew in to mutual respect, and they became very close friends towards the end.

For the Lion!

Alpharius/Omegon. They seem to me to have been the smartest of the Primarchs, and the most willing to take unorthodox ways of solving a problem rather than just 'Hurr durr throw Spess Mahreens at it until it dies'.

Also, the whole 'I am Alpharius' thing is pretty bad-ass.

I don't know!

Rouboute Guilliman because he created the codex astites and suggested the making of the 2nd founding, he also made the most 2nd founding too, (Yes I know that the ultras was on the other side of the galaxy when tera was attacked). Magmas is pretty cool too. I wamta make a pre hearsay army for the TS I just love em!

Oh btw I love Guilliman also becaue I colect ultas and he did practily take over the emprors postion when he went for some shut eye! And I thought sleeping into 11 was bad!

Lorgar and Sanguinius.

Lorgar because he started the Heresy. He was a thinker and looked to humanity's longer happiness and well-being after they became part of the Imperium. And he put Gulliman on his arse as well, so bonus points for that.

Sanguinius because he was perfect, and had wings. 'nuff said!

Sanguinius. Most noble of the Primarchs. Without the Blood Angels, the Imperium would have fallen ages ago. Although they are Flawed by the Red Thirst and Black Rage, their acknowledgement of it grants them their own humility, officially making them the most noble of all.

P.S. Also because my Chapter is a Blood Angels Successor

Magnus the Red, pre-Heresy. One of the most charismatic Primarchs, and the most intelligent and powerful (with respect to psychic might) of them all, he was supposed to lead the Imperium's exploration and conquest of the Webway once the Golden Throne Project was completed. Otherwise, it would be Sanguinius, Horus' only peer, and quite probably the Emperor's intended successor had he not insisted on accompanying his father to the Vengeful Spirit.

I should have left him there. He had served his purpose. He owed me nothing - yet he gave himself to me willingly. Why? I know not. He is nothing more than a pathetic human. An inferior race. A mon-keigh. But still I broke off my wings so that I might carry him easier. I took him from that place, into the snowstorm where our tracks will not be found. He is heavy. And he is dying. And he is slowing me down. But I will save him. Why? I know not. He is still warm. I can feel his blood ebbing across me. For every beat of his heart, another, slight spill of heat. The heat blows away on the winter wind. His blood is still warm. But fading. And I have spilled scarlet myself. The snow laps greedily at our footsteps and our lifeblood, covering them without a trace as we fade away.

'She sat on the corner, gulping the soup down, uncaring of the heat of it. They had grown more watery as of late she noted, but she wasn't about to beggar food from the Imperials or the "Bearers of the Word." Tau, despite their faults at least didn't have a kill policy for her race.'

Guilliman, one of only two Primarchs to write a best selling novel, and the only one to write one that didn't cause a galaxy wide civil war (but credit where credit's due, he nearly did). Also, he was a tactical genius, had the largest legion and took over the family business after his dad was confined to a wheelchair.

Well, I think they are all self centered egotistical snots, to varying degrees. So I wouldn't say I really love any of them.

That said I would say I can enjoy Corax, Russ, and Guilliman. When I get past their 'you are a peon and I'm allowed to do whatever I want because I'm a primarch and so I can ignore the rules', these are the most enjoyable.

Corax is fun for his sneaky comando knife in the darkness, Russ seems the most egalitarian with his brothers (frow what I can gather, he seems to pull the above the least amongst his wolves), and Guilliman basically did it all right (he made a stable, long lasting, moral, mostly benevolent, mostly tolerant, and capable empire in Ultramar).

That said, even those three were egotistical pricks at times.
