Does anyone know if there has been any updates of Wayland's current situation regarding GW ROW shipments in the last couple of months? Is it still realistic at all to hope that Wayland will ever be able resolve this injustice at all?

It takes time to do it legally.
In the legal world, they work on geological time scales.
