Does anyone know if there has been any updates of Wayland's current situation regarding GW ROW shipments in the last couple of months? Is it still realistic at all to hope that Wayland will ever be able resolve this injustice at all?

No they do not just deal in bitz: if you go to the complete 40k sprues section you can order complete sets at a discounted price, minus the boxes.

Foundry's range is fairly limited....
