Does he have 4 Powerfist attack on a charge?

Given that he has 1 attack base + 2 Servo Harness Power Fist style attack (and that equipment grant other attacks its characteristics per the rule). Basically he becomes a sergent with 2+ Powerfist + Plasma Pistol (for the same cost of a normal powerfist on sergents).

If this is true I can see the following shennanigan:

1 Libby - Epistolary - Gate of Infinity + Force Dome
3x Techmarine - all w/ Servo Harness
1x Sternguard - 4x Combi-melta

Gate => Melta shots + plasma rifle shots + Force Dome => noone wants to charge because all techmarines are 2+/5+ with 3 Power fist attack each.

IIRC the Servo Harness grants 1 attack at Init 1 Str8 in addition to the techs normal attacks.

No rulebook at my location, beings you read that though. Note that his normal attack is not a servo harness. Also the +1 attack for charging is added to the normal attacks, not the servo.

If the techmarine has taken a thunderhammer, yes.

He has 2 attacks (that never change) from the harness
He has 1+1 for the charge TH attacks

Hence my question: since the rulebook says:


A normal and a special weapon
These models gain one additional attack. All of their
attacks, including the bonus attack, benefit from the
special weapon’s bonuses.
Power fists, thunder hammers and lightning claws are
an exception to this. Only a second power fist, thunder
hammer or lightning claw can confer a bonus attack to
a model equipped with one of these weapons.

Does the servo-harness count as a special weapon?

No. A Servo-harness doesn't follow the rules for normal CC attacks. It has it's own rules.

Leohart - no, reread your servo arm and harness rules. These are psecial attacks that have no relation whatsoever to the equipment the model has in addition to the harness.
