I got in to doing LEDs in models on a whim.
I bought a Thunderhawk and wanted to try out an Airbrush and LEDs to Take up my modeling skills a bit.
From there it took off.

One thing about all my LED projects, the Batteries are all changeable. If the batt goes dead you can easily swap them out without having to tear apart your model.

First project:
FW Thunderhawk
I don't have good picts of it.
9v running 6 leds

Plastic Demonprince:
3 Leds on a 3v in the base.
1 in the head
1 in the chest
1 in the base
picts not great

Land Raider:
5 leds on a 3v

Toys For Tots Baneblade:
2 separate power sources , 3 v in the turret running like 6 leds , clear resin parts castled just for the turret
9v running 35+ Leds in the hull ( to many to list) Fire effects, lights flashing, Sponcen and main turret/guns fully articulated

An Idea of the mess inside:

Dark Eldar Razorwing:
3v on flight base, running 7 leds, Engines pulse

Ig Valk:
3v in base running 7 Leds, cockpit radar screen lights up

Eldar Fireprism
2 3v power sources, 1 in hull 1 in the turret
Hard to see in still picts the Crystals flash at different rates on the cannon , and the engines pulse

Monolith
9v running 37+ leds, micro controller, flash for main crystal, and lighting effects for rear orb and front door.

Got some others I'm working on at the moment that are much smaller in size.

Very nice indeed, I've started adding LEDS to my tanks as well but no where near the same level as you.

Looking forward to seeing your other projects
