I like the paintjob and the feel of the army, but they don't look too trator guardish IMO. However it is beautifuly painted and those bases are awesome!

Now that looks good. Awesome muted scheme and it translated really well to the vehicles.

Very impressive! A good red/orange and black scheme looks great, but can be hard to pull off. Well done!

I also like the way the DUST walkers ended up looking.

Thanks guys!
Yeah, the bases came standard with the models.
As I mentioned in the gallery, the dust tactics models come preassembled, preprimed, and prebased (on the 'industrial bases' shown above). They are a snap to paint (since the primer is a light grey), and can even be (re)posed slightly before painting.

That paintscheme is amazing. It looks incredibly real. The models don't look like models so much as actual Traitor Guardsmen. Keep up the amazing work!

The issue I found with the dust tactics infantry is they are a little taller than a Space marine and due to them being true scale it looks a bit odd stood next to heroic scale. However if you have a whole force of them then you aint going to notice.

Nice paint job, just finished a dust squad of my own was such a breeze to paint.

Its a great paintjob espcially the Baneblade. Especialy the baneblade thats a truly beautiful piece of dakka spewing goodness. One question though. If they are traitor guard why does the Baneblade have Aquillias on it?

do you think using just a few as stormtroopers would look odd?

Nice work on the models. Would you mind sharing the paint workup you used on the Baneblade, its a pretty effective scheme and i'd be interested to see how you went at it. Cheers
