Glory to the Twelfth! Glory to Angron!
"Because we couldn’t be trusted. The Emperor needed a weapon that would never obey its own desires before those of the Imperium. He needed a weapon that would never bite the hand that feeds. The World Eaters were not that weapon. We’ve all drawn blades purely for the sake of shedding blood, and we’ve all felt the exultation of winning a war that never even needed to happen. We are not the tame, reliable pets that the Emperor wanted. The Wolves obey, when we would not. The Wolves can be trusted, when we never could. They have a discipline we lack, because their passions are not aflame with the Butcher’s Nails buzzing in the back of their skulls. The Wolves will always come to heel when called. In that regard, it is a mystery why they name themselves wolves. They are tame, collared by the Emperor, obeying his every whim. But a wolf doesn’t behave that way. Only a dog does. That is why we are the Eaters of Worlds, and the War Hounds no longer."

Don't you mean its a dark light theme list or a venom spam theme list.
Because thats all it is. Spam.
Thats not a bad thing but seriously, its about as point and click as the dark eldar get in terms of list building.

Venom Spam is known to work. This is pretty cookie cutter.
Your Army has absolutely no CC (not a bad thing), yet you took an Archon tooled for combat. I am personally an advocate of Archons, but in this list he doesn't seem to work.
For the same points you could swap the Archon for a Heamy w/ Liguifier Gun, and 3 Reavers w/ a Heat Lance. This is the route I would take. A flamer on a boat works great for models hunkering in cover (a weakness for Venom Spam, hence the normal presence of a CC element). The three Bikes are not great, but add a flexible unit to your army for objectives, tank hunting, or distraction. Unfortunately it adds another damned kill point! Overall much more utility for your points.
For the Fluff, I think you could make 'em fit! Reavers are elite racers, Heamys are in the Elite social class.
EDIT:
And it adds some variety, Spam gets kinda boring for both players without some variety

fluff wise, its a purely Kabalite list, hence the Archon
also, he comes in handy as a one man wrecking crew, while I don't need to care much if he dies
I'd detach him early and run him up against characters and other nasties that he can ID with his huskblade, hopfulling going up to S6 then S10, and generally being such a nuisance that he has to be dealt with. A wild card, if you will.

lol Its not that i like spam lists
unfortunately with the abundance of razorspam in blood angels, grey knights etc, long fang spam, and so on, I really can't win tournaments without a spam list

Honestly, I hear ya. When 5thE DE first came out I chose the The Flayed Skull as my Kabal (vehicle spam). Didn't realize how common it would be. And I really enjoy moving my mass of spaceships around the table
Have you found the Archon to actually work for this role? I have put him up against some baddies int he same role (Avatar for example) with success, but when I look at the points, he's never truly a huge winner

He varies against different armies.
Generally good against all but guard and daemons: guard have no IC or MC, daemons are all EW
Ridiculously good against Nids, since they either run warriors that i can ID, or MCs which i can also ID
The key to him working here I think is that I don't care what happens to him
