So, obviously Boyz and Grots are scoring by way of being troop choices.
But who else?
Having a Warboss allows you to choose Nobs as troops, this makes them scoring right?
What about a Big Mek taking a Dred as a Troop choice?
What about the ICs that make other elite and fast attacks troop choices?
I'm unclear on what is what here.

Any non vehicle troop choice. The one unit of nobs that a warboss takes as a troop choice is scoring. a Dread as a troop choice is not because it's a vehicle.

Wazdakka Gutsmek lets Warbiker mobs become troops = scoring, as well as the already mentioned methods.

A Warboss can make one unit of Nobs Troops
They can be Bikers, mega armoured, or regular.
Wazdakka as has been said, makes Bikers Troops.
A Big Mek makes a DeffDred Troops, but as it's a vehicle cannot score.
