It looks like you are playing with what you have? It won't do well with only one vehicle and with few boyz on foot. You need to focus your army on a theme so they work together. By the time your footslogging boys get to the enemy your kopters and battlewagon would have been destroyed already.

Themes like speed freaks and green tide are what ork players should focus on. There are probably hybrid lists you could do but its probably better to start off with similar units.

You have a complete mix of elements. The one thing that stands out is the battlewagon. It is a huge target and is very vulnerable.
I would recommend getting at least another one and some trukks and rocket buggies to protect it.
Especially for the battlewagon but for all armies never leave home without your kff.

To keep it cheap I would say go for all foot slogging. To make battlewagons really work you'll need to invest in about 4, though then they will be awesome.
