Guts and gears isn't official but is the closest thing there is to it. But I think this is everybody:
American:
http://www.focusandfury.com/ - Heavily into the competitive side of things. They are not afraid to rant about something and say that it is useless. Also can be heavy on the swearing but they seem to be having fun at least.
http://www.ironagenda.com/ - Closed down but also very good for the competitive and tactical part of warmachine. Some very good old episodes for new players if I remember correctly
http://www.breakingtheformat.com/ - At least one of the guys from Iron Agenda has started up again. One episode so I'm not able to judge what it will be like.
http://www.losthemisphere.com/ - The fun side of the hobby. They love to try and get you to paint and have fun whilst playing. A great listen no matter what I've found. (actually Canadian)
http://www.theprimegeneration.com - Sweary, again about the competitive side of things and the sound quality could be much better when compared to the rest of these. They do have some good points but I find their episodes waffle along too much. Oh and not much of a schedule, more of a we'll get round to it when we feel like it.
http://www.chain-attack.com - Brilliant idea. A battle reporting podcast. I've never looked at their pictures online as their descriptions as I listen are good enough to imagine the battlefield. I also like that they ask each other what they were thinking and why did they do this.
UK:
http://gutsngears.libsyn.com/ - I haven't listened to them in ages as I just found them too sycophantic towards
PP. However, when I started Warmachine I learnt a lot when listening. Worth a try.
http://www.boosteddamage.com/ - You do a search on "warmachine podcast" and these guys come top and rightly so. Yes, they can chat about the
UK side of things too much but the four guys have good experience in wargaming and thus can help a lot.
http://dragonslayersclub.wordpress.com/alpha-strike-radio/ - Enjoying listening to them partly because they they go over many different parts of playing the game, partly because they explain what something does for a beginner and partly cause they seem to be having great fun no matter how well they do in a tournament.
http://www.elitecadre.wordpress.com/ - A four blokes having fun podcast. They are definitely inspired by Lost Hemisphere but chat a bit more about the tactics side of things. I find it always fun to listen to.
Others:
http://warcastonline.com/ - Another good one. They are sometimes chatting about how different oz is to the
UK at the beginning but that soon passes and again it contains some good stuff.
http://www.scrumcast.trollbloodscrum.com/ - Mostly based around the troll faction and just released their fourth episode which actually seems to be looking at circle oddly.
http://www.www.thrallblacks.com/ - A blog that occasionally has a podcast. I prefer reading their blog as then I don't have to suffer the different volumes of people's voices and the occasional big ego. But having said that I have enjoyed a couple of their shows.
So for a beginner I would recommend alpha-strike, chain attack, boosted damage and some of iron agenda. They are mostly shorter than the other podcasts and give a good grounding for rules and stuff. (well chain attack have got things wrong before but they do have pictures of the battles so you can see what's happening)
But for you evancich, chain attack, boosted damage and iron agenda would get the closest to the math and tactics side of things. (I think

)
