hey guys ive been trying to build a competitive BA mech army for an upcoming tournament and ive run into a problem

its wether to take vindicators or baal predators

so heres my list

HQ

I am not sure your HQ fits the list. A librarian with shield would be nice.
You can probably get away with 1 or maybe no priests.

Both Baals and vindis I would argue run best in pairs. Both are a little expensive and will run in front and probably by themselves. It is really a matter of taste.
I think I would go for another normal pred. but that is because I am a wimp.

To get a pair drop a priest, change to librarian, change a power weapon to melta bombs[or melta to flamer or something] and drop the vindi.
Then you can get 2 Baals with heavy bolters.

I would take Baals as they can stay farther back than vindicators and you won't have to risk scatter. Also, you have enough anti vehicle already so you don't need the vindicators, and I think you would be better served by more shots.
