If you possess a vehicle, can you have it target itself?

it says you "May shoot as if it were your unit" since you can't fire upon yourself, I would say no you cannot have it target itself.

The trickier question.

1) Can Anrakyr use Mind in the Machine if he moved more than 6" in his barge? (I say Yes, as it's not a shooting attack)

2) Can Anrakyr shoot his Tachyon Arrow at a separate target in the same shooting phase that he uses Mind in the Machine? (I say Yes again, same reason as above)
