so i just recently found out about infinity after several yrs of 40k and i am already loving it
i am planning on starting an PanOceania army and i was messing around with the army list builder and i was wondering if the list i created was any good?
also any tips/ suggestions would be helpfull as i have never actually played the game
Only glaring flaws I notice is the low order count in combination with only having 2 heavy lifters. Also, you can drop the hacker since at 150pts he won't see a whole lotta use.
The Knight is cool don't get me wrong, but at 51pts you have to weigh if his cost is justified at 33% of your 150pt list.

Ok, right now I'm checking your list in the Army and it is OK.
But even before writing any suggestion here I would like what are you looking for.
Do you want to make a list with already existing miniatures? You already made one with cool looking minis.
Do you want an effective 150pts army list? You already mede one with a few good guns but if we want power we can make it better.
Do you want to have fireteams in your list? We can go sectorial then, and make all those basic line troops become a fireteam and be awesome.
Do you want it with a starter pack? Starter packs are good economic options when making an army.

In your previous list you have 4 fusiliers, ok? a Fireteam can only be made in sectorial armies. Fusiliers can make a Fireteam in the Neoterra Capitaline Army, so if those 4 fusiliers where in a Neoterra list they could make a fireteam. Bad thing is that not all the miniatures you have included in your list belong to the Neoterra Army.
Fireteam is a group of models that belong to a same infantry corp (in this case, fusiliers) that can act together by spending just a single regular order (the most common "action point"). So you spend an order, and those 4 fusilier move together.
Fireteams have between 3 to 5 members. And they have bonus, it goes like this:
- 3 men fireteam. All the miniatures get +1 to Burst, That means you roll 4 dice with your Combi Rifle instead of the usual 3.
- 4 men fireteam. you already have the previous bonus and all fireteam miniatures get +3 to WIP and Sixth Sense level 2 (This means that your miniatures cannot be surprised by cammo troops)
- 5 men fireteam. you already have the previous bonus and all fireteam miniatures get +3 to BS, so, all the miniatures shoot better.
By the way, if you have not played any single game yet, all this stuff may sound like ancient greek to you. I suggest to watch the tutorial videos even before reading the rules. Let me put the basic ones here:
By the way... you have made a pretty decent 150pts. list with miniatures you already like. Play with them, learn the basic stuff. You'll have time to get into more complicated stuff later, when you get into 200-300pts games.
The blister of 3 fusiliers has the price of a 2 mini blsuter, because those are miniatures form the Starter Pack, so it is a good deal. 13,25€
You can buy the 4th fusilier from this blister. 7,75€

so fireteams are good got ya
though as a fireteam they all only produce one order right?
However I strongly suggest that you ignore Link Teams totally until you've got the hang of the normal rules, they are the most complex bit of the game both for rules and for how to use them well.
