Hi guys, I'm trying to look for an efficient way of producing a multi-melta to go on the undersling of a land speeder, in addition to the one operated by the man next to the driver.

This would presumably go in the same place as the regular tornado pattern assault cannon, but I wouldn't care less if it went elsewhere.

Aside from buying Devastator boxes, Extra land speeders or attack bikes, or recrafting Meltaguns to look like multi-meltas, are there any ideas?

Don't dreadnaughts come with multi-melta arms as well? I only ask this because if you follow this conversion all you really need is the barrels and not the rest of the gun.

I personally don't care for the underslung look so I just stuck the gun where the antenna thingy went. Super easy conversion and you don't need the whole gun either.

No, only the AOBR dread comes with one. Or FW.

I think I might do that. I just need to find meltagun shafts and place them where you have that heavy flamer. It'll work fine.

Thanks for the help.

The other thing I was going to try was having a man sitting out of a pintle on top. I thought it would look silly.

You could use a second edition land speeder if you can find one.
The Hellhound, I think, has a hull mount multimelta that could be fitted in place of that land speeder antenna. You could also use an attack bike multimelta or get one of these for the guns

Would a AoBR Dread arm look too silly if mounted under a landspeeder?

See, this is a dumb suggestion.

I'm looking at producing upwards on four of these for my melta-spam-vulkan-biker-list. I am not paying 400 dollars for four pieces.

The army itself won't cost me more than 600 all up, and its a 2k force.
