I have never been to an uber tournanment and want to make sure I'm squared away. I know I'm over thinking this I just want to be 100%. Pedro Kantor and the sterngaurd are the center of my army list. I have replace every shoulder pad and tank emblem in my army with the crimson fist emblem. How ever to make my army truley mine, I changed the primary color scheme to burnished gold with scab red fists and trim. Since it's not truly a crimson fists army, can pedro still be played in my army? Never been an issue with friends, but I don't know how far Adepticon take the WYSIWYG rules. I know I'm being rediculous, I just don't want to sign up, show up, and be told my sterngaurd aren't scoring units anymore cause I can't play pedro. It's a whole new ball game compared to my game room and beer fridge. Thanks in advance in helping subdue my paranoia.

WYSIWYG has never applied to paint schemes. So long as your wargear and weapons are obvious, you will have no issues. I've never heard of anyone even complaining about counts-as characters, so long as they're obvious enough and pointed out at the start of the game.

This is totally acceptable. Paint schemes are not a concern when it comes to WYSIWYG.

In fact, the Space Marines Codex promotes using specific-named character rules in other chapters.

To the OP, you might want to add a "t" to "Adepticon" in the title . It's my first year going, too- very excited!
