I feel like I'm reaching here, but can the Mystic's Psychic Beacon be used for terminators arriving with teleporters via deep strike rules?

Psychic Beacon Text (C:GK pg 50) :
"If a friendly unit wishes to arrive on the battle field via deep strike and chooses to do so within 6" of a mystic, then it won't scatter."

Sounds legal to me, it only specifies units deep striking, and iirc terminators can deep strike.

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.
