Reacently had few issues with Dark Sphere from the registering on their site messing up and leaving me in limbo not knowing if the order had been placed and money was taken or not. But it all boiled down to their communication. I am still awaiting an answer from them about part of the order I placed and was wondering if this was usual from them in peoples past experiences.

I have asked a few questions in the past and recieved no word back whatsoever, but the issues resolved themselves (first was a tracking number they didn't send me, solved by the package turning up the next day; another was when I asked how long the other half of my order would take to get in, solved when I got the dispatch note a few days later); although I would've preferred some response to my inquiries.

They do seem to be a little slow answering emails but if you call them they're great!

I find the store's always a little chaotic when I pop in so I'm not surprised the webstore's the same way.
Gotta say though, it's a friendly chaos and I've always been happy with what I've gotten.

Yeah I called them and got nowhere as its only the shop who can be called. It's all coming down to the communication and thinking I should have went elsewhere as at least I would have known what was happening. Thanks for letting me know its the norm guys.
