I am starting a Sovjet force. What I got so far is the Udarny Strelkovy Batalon box, a strelk blister and a HMG blister.
I am planning to build on with one more strelk blister, 2PSC T-34 boxes and some SU-100 heavy assault guns.

With this I am planning to be able to build a strelk/Udarny strelk company and then build it up to a tankovy batalion with infantry support later.

I wanna hear your thoughts dakka, good or bad list, things to look out for, etc...


Just on a side note, i played my second game yesterday, we played cauldron with my udarnys attacking vs his 3tigers xD (800p) I got to proxy 3 SU-122,s and one of them managed to blow up a Tiger xD, but then the other 2 blew them to bits.... I won on objectives with one strelk company contesting one objective and the other leaping to the second xD
PS, we mixed the objective rules a bit ;D

I'd try and work some rockets in there somewhere...........

My local FoW group runs alot of armour so i thought the Katyusha's wouldn't do that much against the tanks.

For more antitank i could drop 5T-34's and use them as T-34/85's instead.
