As a HQ choice how valid are chaplains (of any type) in a competitive list, and also are they more valid at a certain point level.

Chaplains are not as viable as a libby imho, as while the chaplain gives you a nice melee buff, the libby gives an army buff. As for the second hq, I like the named characters to define a list, so I would only take a chaplain to keep combat tactics while making a squad of assault terminators fearless.

Yeah looking around general consensus seems to be a librarian and a named hq. Was just wondering how much was lost relative to potential gain of a librarian.
