Say I have a squad of regular AssaultTerminators with Lightning Claws, not lolgkwehavegrenadeterms. I multi-charge 2 squads, one is in cover, and the other is not. Do I suffer the initiative 1 penalty for my entire term squad or just for the models attacking the squad in cover?

Did you have to roll for difficult terrain?

If so, the entire squad suffers.

Everyone in the unit is affected if you rolled for difficult terrain. Page 36 assaulting through cover
