Good find, very interesting that Transports rules and Mortars are betting re-vamped. Great time to be a Lehr Player.

Point of criticism for their interview technique, they were a bit too excitable, there were far too many occasions that they were all over talking, or talking simultaneously. Furthermore the constant ribaldry, jockular approach is good when done with discipline, but far too much of the inane "Thank God" comments in the background it drives me nuts. What is it with Americans and being overly positive about everything? (kidding!!! )

Thanks for the post. I haven't listened to the other podcasts from this site but I have to agree though that only the FoW v3 changes from 55 to 1:26 were interesting. The rest of the 2 hours was irritating to the listener (well me and at least one other!)
Seems like v3 will at least clean up the glitches with the system that experienced players seem to know well.

Not sure why the light hearted chat can't be limited to 30 minutes on these podcasts and after the main item. Just my thoughts.

If you are looking for a more matter-of-fact type of podcast, I suggest the one from Battlefront. They tend to do more 'just the facts' style that you might like better.

I like the excitement. I would be giddy too if I saw a M5 driving around, or witnessed a M60 crushing a car.

It is interesting about the assault rules. Defensive fire won't be as bad now. I don't feel that bad now about the point increase Red Bear gave my Udarny.

DirtyJon - thanks for the response. I didn't mean to sound critical it probably read that way. Having listened to the podcast 3 times over to get the v3 changes straight I find it easier to listen to. I think it is a US/UK accent thing. The Mike interview was really interesting. Just a bit "fast" for my ageing ears(!")

Awesome! I'm glad you got the discount! The magazine is really good.

Our podcast has a particular tone and style and it probably isnt for everyone, so no worries.
