Infiltrating Naga

Okay, working off the feedback from my previous topic I've come back with basically the closest thing I can to 'I think' what I'm trying to go for. And it's drastically changed from my first lists! For the better I hope xD
Working off what I have now, the 1st list is the one that I think is most effective, will work potentially best against a range of armies the only thing it genuinely lacks is a hard hitting 'troop' unit. The second is one that I am 'eh' on, having stormvermin as a bunker makes me reluctant to flesh out the unit beyond the minimum given the points cost, and the fact that a bunket is 'not' supposed to see combat at all merely save the fur of whatever my opponent really wants to kill.
I'm just looking for opinions from others in the hobby really, of how well they think these lists will manage / would manage against there lists, preferably what would be the thing you worry most about / focus / how you would go about fighting an army like this and lastly what you think would help improve the army as a whole!
(one thing I am skeptical of is splitting a unit of slaves for the sake of having smaller redirect units, though I'm semi comfortable that they can do this as a tarpit)

A few things, if you are going to run Storm Vermin the only reason is to be about 30+ strong and carry around Storm banner.
Your clanrat units are painfully small and should really be buffed out to atleast 40.
Slaves IMO should be 50 strong atleast

I'm not sure about the stormvermin, you have to understand the only reason I am fielding them, not even for the storm banner at this point is down to be a heavily armored bunker for the start of a battle. The reason I don't buff them is because avoid of how strong a full unit would potentially be I don't want these to enter combat the only reason they are storm vermin at all is for there additional armor.
As for the clanrats, I had been thinking to up there numbers to 40 but to do that I need to compensate by removing something which causes a dilemma.
As for the slaves, its easier to up them then it would be the clanrats (points wise) as I would divide them into 2x groups of 50 and an additional 20 as a mere redirect unit and nothing more. The problem with that though will be that it actually limits the amount of tarpit units I'm featuring, but It's definitely something I will consider.
As far as I see the stormvermin, I would rather have my weapons teams so that rules out list number 2 if it would be required of me to up there unit size to a 30+
---
Keeping in mind the advice though Id like to play a game at the lesser numbers, seeing as I'm going to have plenty of troops that aren't being fielded, enough to make a 40man stormvermin unit if I really wanted to I can always adapt to make my units bigger after I see how the smaller ones do. Automatically Appended Next Post: I modified army list 2 with suggestions in mind.

1. Stormvermin can actually lay down the hurt pretty good. WS4 S4, cool. I5, awesome.
But they're an awful, awful bunker. They have the same armour as Clanrats (heavy armour = light armour + shield). You'd be better off fielding a unit of Clanrats, since more bodies equals more durability. If you're sure your unit won't get into combat, you might as well go with Slaves.
2. 30 Clanrats is widely considered to be decent. I usually go around 40-50, but that's because I don't mind sending my Seer into the thick of things. He's usually just fine.
3. Skavenslaves in 50-strong units are great tarpits, but the 20-man minimum is making a come back as a great re-director, and I am glad.

Is it worth giving storm vermin shields? Can they even use them and halberds at the same time? Because that can be used to draw back some extra points. Slaves are alright until I come up against something with flying, having no storm banner it would make things awkward. But yeah, if storm vermin cant fight with shield and halberd theres likely no point to take the shields, if there going to be shot at chances are its most likely going to be by artillery. Automatically Appended Next Post: I've optimised and re-done the math for list two as it seemed to be a bit off, this has forced somewhat scaling down to 35clanrat groups, which is a fair medium I think between 30-40. I could have made them 40 but you'll see I've added to my characters a little and given the stormvermin a small gift, given there only a block of 20 there panic test may come much earlier then a 40 block when in combat so...
It's all there, I think this is the setup that I am going to go with. I've given my BSB a 5+ward, I've given the stormvermin an decent standard for the likely hood they break in combat and I've already increased my warlock engineers usefulness with a Warp-Energy Condenser and I believe all the math is in order.
The only decision now is more of a tactical standpoint, who/what character goes were.

You can’t post individual point costs for item/unit upgrades. Just post the total cost of the unit.
Without changes I voted list 2, or the list in the last post.
As for who goes where; I'd put the seer in the storm vermin bunker. Just keep him there unit the unit looses a rank or 2, then jump him into another unit, or skitter leap (if you happen to get that spell) him solo unit you find an unengaged unit to get him into.
The storm vermin bunker will be a good place the first few turns of the game, you can just stay out of Dwellers range, and if any fast cav/skimishers run up on your unit, the storm vermin can handle business in CC.
BSB can go where you want, as long as he keeps the slaves/clanrats in BSB range for the re-rolls.
If you're still open to changes, I'll post what I'd do differently in a future reply.
You can't use both shields and halberd in CC. You have to use the Halberds.
For your OP and how I'd focus on fighting your list; I run skaven as my main army ATM, so it’d be almost a mirror match.
If you want I could look up my 2k list, and give you a run down. (Sorry, been awhile since I've done a 2K game.)
If I play my demons, I'm screwed. I've got nothing for being locked in CC with slaves, and pounded by shooting/magic.

That would be much appreciated. I understand my lists will come under a lot of tweaks and modifications over time simply because this is a list devised from theory and pre-thought as opposed to actual game experience, so a weathered skaven list would be nice to see
