Interesting.

- I'm curious: why not just run the Warlord with the litter? He's about as durable as your general, and can kill his way out of a situation, unlike his superior, who'll just take a little longer to die.

- Drop that Stormbanner and get your Chieftain a Ward save. The best warptokens can buy.

- Why not drop the Rocket-Engineer and give said Rocket to the Condenser guy? Save you 15pts.

- If you want the Stormbanner, I'd give it to the Stormvermin. Swiftness is...okay.
Also, if you want more shooting, I'd get another cannon first.

- 28 Slaves won't last long, but cost more than a re-direction unit should. Also, shields are basically always too expensive on Slaves (6 shields = 3pts, 1 Slave = 2.5pts). I'd just drop 'em.

Overall, I think you can trim some points and bulk out the army, but I think it's looking pretty good, actually.

I think you're running too many warlocks. Just take one with lv.1 or 2, and the rocket/condenser.
With 2 warlords, and the plague priest backed monks, you are running a very CC geared list, so I'd drop the PWM, 28 slaves, and some warlocks to squeeze in a HPA. Possibly the magic levels off your plague priest as well, since you’re going to want to be in CC with him anyways. I’d also give the plague priest a plague censer. Yeah, the monks have to test for the gas, but gas happens before ASF, and is a great way to bypass armor.
If you’re open to dropping the non-littered warlord, I would to free up points.
Other than that, a big +1 for getting your BSB the best ward/armor save you can.

Cause the chicks dig it...

I agree with some of Warp's and some of cricket's suggestions. What I myself would like to see is more stormvermin and more plague monks in those two units, as those are your combat blocks, a ward on your plague priest (foul pendant works) and some kind of defense for your BSB (mine just runs charmed shield and never gets into combat if he can help it), which means attaching the stormbanner to the stormvermin ... or dropping it entirely and giving the stormies flaming attaks instead

I don't think you gain much from the bunker warlord or his slave bunker, so would be in favor of scrapping both. And I second dropping the rocket warlock and giving his missile to the condenser guy - though I do like your 4 levels of magic myself. The mortar can go away if you need points, I'm finding my ones can't keep up with my stormvermins' foolish dreams of combat

An HPA or a second WLC (points and personal inclination willing) would serve you well.

I think it would be good, considering 2000 points and the combat blocks you want in your group to run with just the 1 warlord. And 'condense' your warlock's down to one, preferably.

Use the freed up points to bolster your Stormvermin and plague monks to a rounded 30-35-40 in size. Cap the slaves up to 50's, bring the 29 down to a 20, use it purely for redirecting charges. Given how melee oriented your army seems to be redirecing the flank into the path of your stormvermin will be useful beyond question and having those 9 extra slaves that are likely to die almost instantly is a bit of a waste.

Also given how CC you are, perhaps providing your BSB with the storm banner and giving shroud of dripping death to the stormvermin (or vica versa) relying on skitterleap over the swiftness banner.

Depending on your enemy too, snot kicker might benifet from a Shadow magnet trinket to help those stormvermin get into combat, being there t3 they will die much quicker then the t4 plague monks even if they have heavy armor.

Not sure about gutter runners and rat darts as they do the same role? but either way, just my take on what you have so far. Im not sure if you've seen my list or not tho I play an entirely different game of skaven to this so don't take my opinions too strongly xD

Something like:

1 Warlord - shield, war-litter, Sword of Anti-Heroes, Dragon Helm, Foul Pendant, the Other Trickster's Shard (213- you can't have two Talismans)

1 Chieftain - halberd, Charmed Shield, Talisman of Preservation (122- he needs a lot of protection)
1 Plague Priest - level 2, Plague Censer, Seed of Rebirth, Dispel Scroll, Potion of Speed (191- a little protection and a scroll to save points)
1 Warlock Engineer - level 2, Doomrocket, Warp-Energy Condenser (150- one level 2 is cheaper than two level 1's, is a better caster, and can get way more sick spells than Warp Lightning)

40 Storm Vermin- full command, Stormbanner (355- lots o' bodies)
50 Skavenslaves- musician (102)
49 Skavenslaves- musician (100)
20 Skavenslaves- musician (42- redirector)
5 Giant Rats- packmaster (23)

6 Gutter Runners- Poisoned Attacks, slings (108)
40 Plague Monks- full command, Plague Banner (335- lots o' bodies)
6 Plague Censer Bearers (96- another hard-hitting unit)

1 Warp Lightning Cannon (90)
1 Warp Lightning Cannon (90- the best thing in the game. So why not have two?)

There are 2 phrases that never go together in a Skaven army they are:
General + Slave unit
I would atleast make the slaves into clanrats for nothing more than the horned one likes to have fun with 2x box cars, you cannot rally slaves and the general goes poof.

You got a lot of good stuff going on here, I would just worry about your weaknesses as the Skaven book always provides for that turn of nothing goes your way. My armies go more:
Grey Seer
Chieftain
caster/condenser/rocket warlock

2 or 3 units of slaves
2 or 3 units of clanrats
rest of the madness

Grey Seer skitterleaps warlock into sniper position and he spends 1 turn just being wrong, and for the rest of the game he is either dead, productive, a total PITA or all of the above. Cheiftain and units tie up enemy while the madness slaps them into the food sacks. Now if you want more of a fighty Skaven consider Queek? To upgrade the Stormvermin is up to you, but he is an awesome character but you need a level 4 wizard and a back up.
