I got some money through today and im wanting to go out and buy a model or box of models but not sure what.
Im collecting Chaos space marines right now and eldar. I have a battleforce and nurgle prince for chaos and, a ok size army for Eldar.
does anyone have any ideas what i should get for one or both of the armies? Im looking for somthing that looks good but also makes a good addition to the force.

Chaos i have:

Battleforce
Daemon prince of nurgle.

Eldar i have:

Farseer
3 war walkers
2 wraithlords
two squads of dire avengers
cant remember anything else lol

This is my first real time collecting, i used to just dabble in 40k.

For the Eldar it might be worth purchasing a couple of Falcons/Waveserpents to transport the Dire Avengers. Also Striking Scorpions/Howling Banshees are a good buy depending on wether you face hordes or MEQ troops.

For Chaos I'd buy another rhino and then have a look at some armour/elites/fast attack and see what takes your fancy.

However, if you don't have the codexs then they should be your first purchases!

I see you have a Nurgle DP, are you going for a Nurgle themed Chaos army? If so, might I suggest a box of plague marines. They are a fantastic troops choice, and are a great unit fluff wise as well. Be careful with the finecast models. if you get crappy ones, don't be afraid to let GW know, they will replace it for you no problem. If not, I second the idea of a rhino, can never have too many transports!

Fire Dragons....nothing scares me more than when someone throws out 3- fire dragons in wave serpents. Nightspinners are also good for eldar vs horde. As to your chaos, its hard to say with a new book on the horizon what will still be good, but at the moment Castiel had a good idea but I would also say vindicators.
