It becomes clear that Mohammar Gaddhafi IS a mastermind to organized crimes known to us. It is quite clear that he's behind bloodshed and mayhem around the world throughout his reign. let us list the name of the armed organizations around the world that got his supports.

now I've only known three. but I believe there are alot more!
- IRA (he even sent Flamers to this Irish nationalist movements operating in the 'Kingdom' territory. since those IRA warriors believes in the unification of Ireland under the rules of the Republic to the south. Gaddhafi might have his gunrunners work in the neutral Republic of Ireland. and requires that any IRA dudes who are skilled in crossing the borders to be resupplied in the Republic territory. I don't know for how long did Gaddhafi supported the IRA. this had kept British government occupied by 'The Troubles' for three decades. all I know is that this had made Ireland one of the dangerous place in the world
- Mohammad Farrah Aidid: a somalian warlord. leader to a faction that hit the Black Hawk helos with RPG and fought the U.S. Rangers and Delta Forces. yeh a dreadful antagonist of Black Hawk Down
- Basque separatists (ETA): the vengeful freedom fighters who seeks independence to their race. baneful to every spanish, neglected by the noble nations. the organizations still existed and remain armed until Gaddhafi was shot dead (details are controversial) in the next day after the news of Gaddhafi's demise was aired. the separatists declared a permanent ceasefire next day. it might gave a hint that Gaddhafi backed this separatist (and its raid)
