I'm new to grey knights and had some questions...

If i take a warding stave on a paladin he gets 2 regular attacks?
If i take a brotherhood banner...does that model have no weapon to attack with in close combat or do i still get 2 attacks (if equipped on a paladin for example)

1. Tyranids - 15,000 pts
2. Chaos Space Marines - 7,100 pts
3. Space Marines - 6,000 pts
4. Orks - 5,900 pts
5. Dark Angels - 4,300 pts
6. Necrons - 4,600 pts
7. Grey Knights - 3,200 pts
8. Eldar - 3,400 pts
9. Blood Angels - 3,200 pts

Attacks on a models profile are always available (unless some weird rule stops you) so Paladins will always have 2 attacks base.

When they charge the will obviously get the +1 attack for charging and if armed with falchions will get a furthur +1 for 2 close combat weapons.

In regards to the warding stave - it is sill a nemeis force weapons with all the rules from the codex pertaining to it.

With the banner equiped - you loose your NFW so will simply attack at base S and A with no special effects.

Every thing else was correct; this is not.

The Falchions are not a pair of CCWs; you only get the bonus attack awarded by their special rules, not the one for having 2 CCWs(what the model for the weapons looks like has no bearing on the rules).

This is an important distinction to make because in the manner Massaen wrote it one would construe that the falchions grant 4 attacks to a Terminator(2 base +1 for 2CCWS +1 for Falchion rules) which GW has Clarified to not be the case in the FAQ:
GK FAQ wrote:Q: Do Nemesis falchions count as 2 close combat
weapons and thus give +2 Attacks in close combat (+1
for their special rule and +1 for wielding 2 close
combat weapons)? (p54)
A: No, they just give +1 Attack.

This is my Rulebook. There are many Like it, but this one is mine. Without me, my rulebook is useless. Without my rulebook, I am useless.
Stop looking for buzz words and start reading the whole sentences.

Yep - the +1 is from their rules...
