In an Apocalypse game I was having, my Eldar ally doomed a unit of Chaos Berzerkers, If my IG shot at them, could I re-roll to wound?
Also, can you cast Fortune/Guide on allies if your Eldar?

There are no rules for 2 vs 2 games, so you need to come up with rules for them. However the default for apocalypse is one armies rules cannot affect another
From a more rules based for the Eldar powers, from memory, the augments refer to an Eldar unit being the target

I personally would say yes to the doom, as in the Eldar codex it states that all hits caused upon that unit gain a reroll to wound until the start of the next Eldar turn, so if the Eldar is on your side, I would agree yes, however there is no set rules on this that I know of for other races benefiting from another races rules in Apocalypse.
For the Fortune/Guide, it states in the codex to nominate one Eldar unit, so unless you are Eldar also, you cannot get the benefits of Fortune or Guide.

Doom is a curse on the squad itself so you'd re-roll to wound everything, like say if a vehicle exploded and hit them on S3, you'd re-roll the dice to wound since they are "doomed".
But yeah all the others, guide, fortune et al, specificy an eldar target so no.

Quick question- does doom have no effect on D strength weaponry, which if I recall auto wound so no roll to wound would make Doom pointless on the squad?
I only ask since you only really find D strength in Apoc.

Alright then, seems like only Doom will work with allies. Too bad about Guide though. I dream of seeing FRFSRF with re-rolls to hit and wound....
