Hello Dakka. Been tinkering with a few necron list ideas and this is the one i'm leaning toward the most atm. Basically a phalanx of immortals and warriors with wraiths and scarabs for harassment/ vehicle destruction.

um i dont like it to much points spent on expensive and useless stuff as you will need some better heavy support for starters i would get rid of the fail barges and swap em out for the monolith

Wraiths are fantastic.

Destroyer Lord is also very good (especially with the Wraiths).

One thing I'd like to suggest is that the Rez Orb isn't really required for the immortals. Plain-Jane Scythe Lord works really well in there too (and can't be singled out in combat).

Surfboard Lords are really really really good for 180 points as well.

Basically.... you're list is good. I think swapping in a surfboard lord and massaging some points here and there would be fine.

Don't listen to Duck0nQwaak, 2 Anni-Barges > Monolith in your list. Edit: Fail barges, LOL. I've never had an Annihilation Barge not perform. They are always amazing. S7 Shooting is fantastic.

It is supposed to be an all-comers list.

A single S8 blast gun that can easily miss vs 2 S7 guns that average 5 hits each. (it's actually around 5.4)

10 hits, 8 wounds is close to 3 dead marines every single time, and that's on two separate vehicles that can't both be killed by a single melta shot. The S7 shooting can also suppress transports rather easily, or outright destroy open-topped AV10 transports (Trukks and Raiders).

I'm not saying Monoliths are bad, they're not bad. I'm saying that for his list, two Annihilation Barges is better.

You have so many more tactical options in this list with 2 Annihilation Barges that a Monolith doesn't provide.

Nevermind that it's 20 points cheaper, drop the wraith squads down to 3 whip coils each (which is plenty) and you've got the 40 points you need to upgrade to a surfboard lord.

Lore is right on with his suggestions.

Annibarges are great at the points level you are talking about, and the list would really need to be changed in order to take advantage of what a Monolith brings to the table.

One thing that I just noticed, you definitely need a Solar Pulse to stop that 1st turn of shooting. It's not so healthy for us Necrons.
