in a recent thread i was posting about how Njall stormcaller used JOTWW and killed 3 carnifexes. and how i didnt have to use my 2nd power. Someguy told me that it cannot be 2 Pychic shooting attacks as only ONE RANGED WEAPON CAN BE FIRED BY ANY ONE MODEL.
I know this is true but these are PSA surely i can use two ranged abilities.

Unless you have permission to fire more than one ranged weapon (Such as a monstrous creature), you can only fire one ranged weapon. Even if you have 2 PSAs available you can only fire one. The exception is a model with 2 psychic power uses per turn, AND able to fire two weapons. That is the only thing that allows you to use 2 PSAs in a single turn, and they cannot be the same one without permission.

Nope, only MC can or models who specificly have a rule allowing them to make more than one ranged attack each turn, if Njall doesnt have a rule allowing him to use a seconed PSA he can only use 1 PSA and one psycher ability.

You cannot use 2 weapons that count as Psychic Shooting Attacks =(

If you were a Monstrous Creature that is also a Psyker (Demon Prince comes to mind) You can fire 2 shooting weapons, or in this case 2 psychic shooting attacks.

It's very clearly stated on page 50 of the BRB "Even if a psycher has a special rule allowing him to use more than one psychic power per turn, he can use only 1 psychic shooting attack"
