Just a list i wrote quickley, if anybody can come up with anything better at this size please give me a shout!

If you want to help change it, here are the units that I can field (not already in the list)

10 more hand weapon & shield clanrats, doomwheel, 40 stormvermin, 40 clanrats with spears & shields, 20 plague monks, another warlock, warlord on foot, warlord on litter, assassin, 5 rat ogres, 30 giant rats, 3 packmasters and a poisoned wind mortar and doom flayer.

I know that you don't have it listed on available units, but I'd go for either 2 Plagueclaw or 2 Warp Lightning Cannons (Probably preference to the cannon, plagueclaw's never really worked for me) as you can't always depend on either, plus you save points with a pair of cannons. Otherwise, it's an ok list.

I may be able to get another cannon/catupult in time, but i already have an old converted cannon which i could end up using.

I'd drop the plague claw, weapons teams, spears, a unit champ, and the warpstone armor for a BSB, more clanrats in the 20 block, and a unit of 40 slaves.
Or you can skip the BSB/slaves/extra rats, and take a HPA with a few points left over. I know the HPA isn't on your list, but it wouldn't be that hard to convert one out of a few extra IoB rat ogres, and some giant rats.

Gotta say, while the HPA could demolish most of your own army (which would be funny) I can't think of much in 800pts short of doubling up on WC that would be a better addition / harder kill in such a low point game.

True, dual WLC is mean at 800, but those can misfire as well, and send a STR 10 bolt down your entire line.
The HPA just does some impact hits.
You have a solid list going for you already, HPA was just an idea to get some good CC in the list.

I do have a HPA, I just didn't list it, as it's too big for the army limitations.

Would it Be worth fielding a doomwheel in place of the war machines? I have seen them take on some big stuff (overkilling a stonehorn for example).

i would try to get a BSB and use at least 2 blocks of 20 slaves. good for flanking and tying up an enemy. definently grab a second WLC they are a beast in a 2500 game.
