problem is I'm 20 points over and I can't find were to cut it. :(
was thinking the lascannon in the CCS but then all that BS4 going to waste :(
are GLs good weapon choice for blots?

To be frank, you need a Lord Commissar for those 5 HWSs to make them effective for those Orders... that or Kell. Drop a HWS to pay for it. I would actually drop a LC HWS and use those extra points to buy Melta bombs for the blob and a plasma gun or Camo Cloaks on the CCS. There is the 15pts your over, so I suppose that has to be paid for first.

Speaking of the CCS, drop the Standard. Just make it two plasma guns. I would also seriously consider Camo Cloaks for the CCS due to the amount of fire it is going to take.

I am not a fan of the GLs, but they are at least assult. I would rather use Flamers... ideally I would use melta guns but the points have to come from somewhere.

Hull hvy flamers maybe? Not shore if they cost points

Hull Heavy Flamers are a free swap out for Chimeras and LRBTs, replacing the Heavy Bolter.
