The core of this list looks solid, but I'm a bit confused by the decision to take a few terminators. Njal and the WG in TDA won't be able to embark on any of the transports selected by your GH, and as such would either force you to leave them in their own little squad, or make the GH walk. Neither of those options sound too great to me, so I could consider a few changes:
Drop Njal's terminator armor and attach him to one of the GH squads in a Rhino. Drop the terminator armor from all WG except the guy with the CML. Attach him to your Long Fangs, and attach the rest to your GH squads (you'll need to drop 1 man from each Razorback squad to do so - not a big loss.)
With the points that you have now saved, consider another WG with a Fist/Combi for your scouts, or possibly a 2nd Land Speeder Tornado, as they work great in pairs.
Also, our Razorbacks are not Fast, unlike Blood Angels, so you may not get the most use out of the Lascannon/TL Plasmagun turret. Consider the TL Assault Cannon or TL Lascannon options instead, unless you are desperate for that much Plasma. You could probably also save point by dropping the Pintle Storm Bolters, and possibly the Lascannon from the Long Fangs. Usually 5 Missiles is sufficient, rather than splitting the weapons apart.
If you are still lacking points, or would like to consider other options, think about dropping Njal entirely, as he is very expensive for what he brings to the table. While I find two Rune Priests to be of great use, some people find them needlessly redundant.

I would try to either squeak in a Drop Pod for the Terminators or drop 2 of them and leave just the Cyclone Missile Launcher and Njal. They could join the Razorback Grey Hunters in guarding Home Objectives and just lay down more supporting fire, or join the Long Fangs if you wanted to concentrate your firebase (I favor distributing).
Beyond that, I like it! The Grey Hunters are fully kitted out and in what I think is the best way for Rhino based units. I'm assuming the 6 man Grey Hunter packs are 'defensive' with their kit. I seem to be the only Space Wolf player in the world that uses Plasma offensively >.> I'd leave their Razorbacks as is since the enemy is likely to come to you, but you could also swap them for Twin-Linked Lascannons for more accurate anti-tank.
I tried the setup you have with your Long Fangs and scrapped it myself. The damned Lascannon literally hit one time in 5 games (with a total of about 27 turns) and then I rolled a one for the penetration roll. Was horrible.
Instead I'm taking 3 heavy bolters and 2 lascannons for that squad. Same points but I seem to blow up tanks now. I have a second Long Fang squad with all missile launchers but that's more because I didn't want to have two units with the same weapons, otherwise I'd probably have bought a third Devastator box.
Anyways, the list is strong! I'd keep the Terminators myself but then I feel guilty not taking any.

Aretwo if you are going to drop Njal's terminator armour, what is the point of him? You could have 3 rune priests, one sitting on the long fangs casting living lightening and storm caller every turn with master of the runes.
Without the armour he's dead in combat, in a tournament where points difference is also important you will loose him in any cc cos he is worth far more then any squad in your army and can be targetted on his own.
I think 2 rune priests for a hq choice.
Drop the landspeeder and the lazcannon from the long fangs for a missile launcher and stick another twin laz back on your long fangs. Allows a greater spread of fire and twin linked has saved my ass more then once.
With the wolf guard I think you have to drop the armour, it doesn't gel well with the rest of the army and would only serve to babysit njal. You can tool 4 of them out with combi-melta and powerfist to sit on your troops and wolf scouts. Keep the 5th as a cyclone wg, that is a great leader for a fang squad.
Right now, the troops, the two 8 man packs are fine. Little better in cc with the extra power weapon, all good.
The 2 six man squads are a little bit mixed up, either they are there to only give you 2 more razorbacks or they are for sitting on/rushing in end game to hold objectives.
If they are option a then you should definitly switch to twin laz, you can make better use of their long range and can snipe terminators for longer.
If the second then grand, they are fine, drop 1 man from 1 of the squads to fit in a wolf guard model but give him combi-plasma. That squad is the take and hold squad, dump them on an objective and when the tank gets nailed, cos it will it's just a rhino wiht a nice gun. Then you can sit there and pump out plasma at the enemy.
With what points you have left, i think a second squad of long fangs is the ideal thing, it gives you more firepower and can give you the advantage when you need it.
I am not down on your list, it will work but tournaments are all about the min-maxing.

Without his TDA, hes no different than he was before, but with a 4+ invulnerable save. This does not limit his spellcasting ability, and if anything, makes him less vulnerable than before. With the first list posted by the OP, Njal would be either standing by himself with no means of transport, or with two 1 wound WG Terminators - not exactly the hardiest of bodyguards. With just his regular Runic Armor, he retains his 2+ armor save, but now is able to join a squad of GH and embark upon a Rhino, which can drive around and allow him to cast safely. In addition, he would keep his offensive and Krak grenades, as well as be able to sweeping advance should his squad find their way into combat.
While I agree that it might be better served to just have 2 more Rune Priests in his stead, some people have found his Lord of the Storm ability to be very influential on a game, and as such have used him to great effect - but often without his Terminator Armor, and more often then not inside a Rhino, where he can swiftly get into range to use his abilities.

Well I see what you are getting at, but you need to have njal in 18" of the enemy to make use of his abilities in excess of him just being an expensive rune priest. When he is in that range a rhino is not going to stand up to much punishment and the squad he is with will be charged and it's lights out. He'll not go down in shooting, I admit I forgot about the runic armour, but power weapons and lots of anti-armour guns are a common thing these days.
I played around with him and he just is too unreliable to use as a major tactic. The number of times the storm caller came up crap was staggering. It's a personal thing but I have a serious problem when you pay over 150 points for a character that doesn't have an invulnerable save. The best I got out of him was when I ran njal with 4 wolf guard terminators in a drop pod.
I am not the biggest fan of the space wolves characters when it comes to competitive play bar bjorn. That's just me, I find them more restrictive in the lists they can work in, too much of a points cost or in the case of canis wolfborn, in desperate need of an invulnerable save.
