I have been itching to get into a second army of DA to play some deathwing but I want to wait until the next codex but if that is in a year should I still wait or just get into it now.

The consensus is that it is indeed a DA of some sort. Just start making the deathwing now and invest in magnetizing the arms and you'll be fine.

Yep, if you buy the Deathwing models now and in the future they release a new DA codex there will still be Deathwing in it.
Heck I have Salamanders and I still have 39 termies. You can never have to many.

Well, two rumours could point the way.
First, 40K 6th Edition is rumoured to hit before the Olympics. So it'll be early summer most like.
Second, 6th Edition starter-set is rumoured to include Dark Angels. It likely ships along with 6th Edition.
So you will probably have new DA models in the starter-box at least before Summer is over. The actual codex might be delayed a bit beyond the initial new edition, but unlikely by very much.

Consensus is that is is most likely Azrael. Picture is showing part of a combi-plasma and a backpack-vent with a spiked skull.
