Not exactly sure where to put this, so mod's, if it's in the wrong section please move it.

Does anyone know of a Forgeworld Vendor here in the States that sells/stocks their entire line-up? I'm looking at spending some good money upgrading my current Space Marines but looking to avoid the hefty shipping fee's from the UK along with the long postage time.

Ebay doesn't really work because half of them are in the UK and the other big Forgeworld seller I've found is in Australia.

If you order from a Games Workshop location, they'll give you free shipping. You just have to play by their schedules. I don't know if it varies, but my local GW gets shipments every 2 weeks.

Forgeworld is the direct seller, which is why you don't find anyone keep large amounts of FW kits for sale. They pay the same for the kit that you do. To avoid shipping costs, either save up and build a wish list until you have enough of both to get free shipping, or arrange with friends to combine orders so you have enough to get free shipping.

There aren't any Games Workshop stores in my state.. Closest one is 5 hours one-way in Atlanta.. Can independent retailers do the order?

I don't know. I don't think Games Workshop offers anything like that to them. It'd probably vary per retailer if they did. Wouldn't hurt to ask next time you're in your FLGS.

I figured that someone in the States would be a independent retailer for them..

I'm not spending $400 to get free shipping, that's just absurd.

Team up with a friend or some other players at your FLGS and place all your wants in one order so the order is combined over $400. Not only do you get free shipping without paying all the $400 yourself but large orders get more attention and processed much faster by Forge World.

Some independent stores can; I know my FLGS does. I think a new GW store just opened in Atlanta, if the latest WD is anything to go by. If not a new GW store, then a new FLGS with GW product.
