I am starting up a Tzeentch based DoC army.
What I got so far is a box of horrors (one i converted into a herald) and I am planning that my next buy will be, a battalion box, a horror box and a Bloodcrushers or flamers box.
But I am not quite sold on the battalion yet.... The daemonettes will be nice, and the bloodletters will be needed, and the horrors will bolster the fact that Tzeentch is the theme. But what can I use the Seekers for? I don't seem to find any real use for them yet... any oppinions or tips?
Oh and PS, I will use this army for 40k as well and the plan is to try out MSU with the daemons in fantasy (WoC is my main opponent).

If you are going to run the Seakers as Seakers, I think that the Siren Standard is a must have. M10 Fast Cavalry that you can't flee or Stand and Shoot from is not bad, but you would probably need more than 5 of them. You can add a mounted Herald to the unit as well so the riders gain ASF
You could also use them as conversion material for Fiends. They are good in Fantasy, and amazing in 40k as well. You could even do some converting to add the riders to your daemonette unit.

Seekers are great in 40k, pretty average in fantasy, I feel that fiends do the same role, better for points. But if you are using flamers already then competition is already in play for rare points.
Horrors are solid, but not great. I have ran mine as deep as 40, but now only use one unit as a wizard bunker/flanking unit to my letters or daemonettes.

Any suggestions on how to convert the seekers into fiends?
