Are Leadership tests and moral tests the same thing or are they different in some way. I've searched the rule book and I have only found leader ship tests specifically defined, how ever there are cases where it would make a difference in which one is taken. Ex: does fearless mean you pass all Leadership and moral as they are the same thing with only a different name or does it only auto pass moral tests?

Fearless, on Page 75 Explicitly tells you what kind of tests it auto passes.

You test Morale (Not Moral) when you satisfy the conditions on Page 44.

Leadership tests are different than Morale Tests.

When you test for a Psychic power, that is a Leadership test.

When you make a test because you lost an assault, that is a Morale test.

A Morale test is a type of Leadership test. All Morale tests are Leadership tests, but not all Leadership tests are Morale tests.

Fearless models auto-pass only those types of Leadership tests that the Fearless USR says they pass.

You have to have poor morals to fail a morale check.

Morale checks are only for assaults and losing 25% or more of a squad.
Many other checks are leadership. Same stat though.

That would be a Morale Check.
