Autocannon with lascannon sponsons is my recommendation.

I would say Autocannon w. Lascannon Sponsons as well.

AC is the sure bet for the main gun but depending on the lists you play the most it could be the HB's or the LC's.....

Lots of Meq/Teq = LC
Horde = HB

Auto Turret/Las sponsons and Dakka Preds (Auto/HB's) are the best. Dakka preds are cheaper and better at dealing with infantry, but auto/las provide some nice AT.

Though if your playing SW there is no point in you running preds, LF with Razorbacks are infinitely better.

1. The need for AT vs light armored vehicles is met well by 2 AC shots.
2. Diminished return for the TL lascannon. Basically the cost is a bit too much.

Personally I like the Vendetta

But if one would suggest something that is actually useful for the OP I would go with the AutoLas. GHs should be able to deal with hordes so the need for a Dakka pred is not very pressing.

To OP: It's been stated multiple times, but i'll say agian. LC and auto cannon combo. Can kill light and heavy well and is acurate. Looks cool too.

To Longfang Screamers: This thread is called best pred loadout, not best heavy support loadout. He asked for information about best preds, never said anything about best heavy. Quit telling him to take something he didn't ask for.Maybe he dosn't like longfangs? Maybe he's played enough longfang spam to satisfy him for years, and he wants to do something different? Post something relevent Goddamnit.

Look, OP- If you really want to A) win B) Be that WAAC guy that's usually known as TFG, go get 15 long fangs with missile launchers.
If you want to have a good, solid army that can handle itself decently against pretty much anything outside of a tooled up competitive list... take one, maybe if your feeling a bit cheesy two squad of them, and whatever the hell you want for the rest of your HS choices. Me, I mix it up between 2 vindicators and 1 LF squad, or 2 pred's, sometimes I throw a landraider out there. More choices, more different army styles, more enjoyable games, and your army can still be dead 'ard

Outside of your choices and concerning the OP-
AC/Las (autolas preds) are a nice mix- really loves shooting AV10-AV12, and monstrous creatures (I had one of these and a typhoon firing 2 krak missiles down my bloodthirster when it landed on the weekend. The Pred did 3/4 wounds

)
LC/TLLC (Las preds) are good if your local area includes alot of armor, heavier armor, but they do have a hefty hefty cost. Consider it very very carefully...
AC/HB (Dakka preds) are CHEAP, dirt cheap, and put out a excellent amount of anti-infantry firepower for their cost. However, they can't handle armor too well, not too well at all. A AV10 walker will get pinged up by the AC/HB pred. The AC/Las pred will knock it down real quick. Dakka pred's are best fielded in low point games, and if you take 2-3 of them you need some armor busting capabilities elsewhere.
