What are the requirements for selling GW products? I know a brink and mortar building is needed, does this mean I can sell it out of my apartment?

Theoretically yes, although it must be a walk-in type of store. It can't be a by appointment only thing.

and of course you must abide by all commercial laws and that sort of thing.

"The Imperium is nothing if not willing to go to any lengths necessary. So the Trekkies are zipping around at warp speed taking small chucks out of an nigh-on infinite amount of ships, with the Imperium being unable to strike back. feth it, says central command, and detonates every vortex warhead in the fleet, plunging the entire sector into the Warp. Enjoy tentacle-rape, Kirk, we know Sulu will." -Terminus

So when did they STOP looking crap?

When BA stopped sparking?
When SW stopped scratching their fleas and sniffing butts?

They still look like ass. That's why they keep getting redesigned. Jes Goodwin didn't do enough of the originals (because the sculpts of his that were used tend to get used for 20+ years without a change).

I'm OVER 50 (and so far over everyone's BS, too).
