Hey guys, after playing Mech for what seems to be an eternity, I have decided to build the complete opposite. I wanted a list with nothing buy infantry models, and pure killy death.

5 Points over. I might just drop a boss pole off of one of the squads or a Kommando. My plan is to have Ghazzy come in with Snikrot. The list seems like a blast to see on the table top, and I'm pumped to bring some battle reps of it. Let me know what you guys think!

Ya, drop something so that it's 2500, but I would suggest getting some lootas, sadly Klaws aren't enough to crack all the vehicles you are going to see at 2500 points.

EDIT: Also, I like the idea of Ghazzy coming in with Snikrot, that would be scary to see come up on the rear armor of a land raider

He can come up at any side of the lanradier since its 14 all around :> captain obvious strikes again!

Ghaz infiltrating! OMG! the only thing nastier than that is abaddons ponytail.

Ok few things.

1 maxed boys is in efficient as your simply extending their overall life rather then adding punch. I'd Max my power before I max my models. Otherwise it's models to have models.

2 I like the idea of 60 storm boyz but it's costing you 9 rokkit buggies and at 2500 that's a terrible trade.

3 I know everyone likes the ghazy snikrot combo but the thing is cc already hits on rear. All your doing with that unit is scaring basilisks and long fangs. Anything that you really need ghazy to kill is headed for the rest of your army.

4 at 2500 you have 1 hq 2 elites and 0 heavys.

5 no kans no wagons 7 lootas no kff. No shokk attack or zapp guns no battlewagons. Really

6 orks are inherently good at killing infantry. We don't need to worry Bout that. Stacking infantry killers leads us with no options for tanks. Worry about tanks first and objectives second. We can kill enough infantry no matter what we bring.

Hey guys thanks for all the replies! I'm always glad to have in put.

The reason I went with stormboyz is because I wanted all infantry. The rocket buggies are awesome...but I wanted something different. I also ran a Kan wall for a while so once again, I wanted something different. I do realize I only have Klaws to crack armor, but I am also glancing on 6s with all of my other attacks. With as many attacks as an Ork gets on the charge, you will glance a vehicle to death. While I might be slow, with this many boyz there isn't anywhere to run.

Also as stated above, I don't want to add any vehicles to the list. I have 8 battle wagons, but I really wanted to stay away from that spam. Lootas on the other hand are something I really need to think about. Only have the 1 squad crushes me, but at the same time I feel that 200+ boyz can get the job done.

I'm also not looking for this list to be SUPER competitive, just fun and crazy to see on the table top =)

In theory all inf is fun but it's so muchanagement and headache. I find it's more fun to set up your deployment ect and look at his face. Then play a real list.

I do agree that it is cumbersome and tedious, but if your opponent allows you to run in your movement, it makes it a lot easier and quicker. Also, I glue nickles to the bases so my models wont fall over on the table. There are ways to go about running this style of army while keeping the game moving along.

This is def an army that I wouldn't be playing ALL the time, but it would be a great change of pace from my Mech Eldar. Also, I am trying to get set up for 6th edition. That being said, I would love to have a full Mech and a Full infantry army going into the new edition. Its always nice to see how each extreme plays with a new set of rules.
