I know nothing has been confirmed about the supposed "6th edition" rules but we're playing a game later using them to see what they're like but one problem is that it looks like dreads are now hit on their rear armour in cc?

Can anyone find anything that says different?

Thanks

I believe there might be a lot of truth to this in certain circumstances.
This is due to Dread spam with Luicius Pattern Drop Pods. (i think its those ones.
The problem being that some armies do depend on a fair bit of shooting but Dreads dropping on their heads and being able to assault was putting them at a very distinct disadvantage.
Personally i would have just removed the "assault on same turn as they dropped in" rule.

What, the rule that made Lucius pattern Drop Pods different to the regular drop pods?

The regular drop pods that dreadnoughts can already take?

You'd remove that rule?

Interesting.

How about we wait for the actual 6th edition rules before we start raising rules issues with them?
