Hello Dakka people.
I am going to be entering my first tournament soon with my Necron army. I really do not have that many models available to me ( The only other model I have that is not in this list is a Destroyer Lord), so I am just wondering how well this list would fare in a normal tournament.

would like to know this myself, almost nothing in this list seems to work well with any of the other units, more like a "take every unit that looks cool and throw it into one list" sorta thing, try and centralize your army around one theme if you can.

For example: Instead of taking one wraith, take 3 squads of 5-6 and run a wraith wing-style army, i believe there's a very informative thread about to how to use them over in tactics.

Also, it seems to me that if you're gonna take scarabs, you either take a bunch or none at all.

one unit, especially of just 5, can easily be killed by one template or blast weapon

Agreed above. No synergy.

Short-term:

Reassemble as a Ghost Ark to support a larger warrior blob, the repair mechanism is stupid funny.

Stick a harbinger of despair with a Deep Strike cloak in the immortal group (tesla) for last-minute objective dominance.

Add 2 Annihilation Barges. Cheap in points AND dollars (comparatively). Much more effective than DD Ark.

With your C'tan choice, count Trazyn as Orikan. Lose scoring, but force either turn 1 terrain checks or reserves.

Drop scarabs and single wraith, they're too squishy at that count (free KP).

Okay thanks everybody. As I have stated previously this is based only around what I have at the moment, but it gives me a good Idea for what I need. You guys are great. I guess I have a couple warriors I could convert to Crypteks/ Orikan with the spare pieces I have available, to drop the scarabs, Wraith, and Trazyn.

U will not go to far with that army, as it is too '' it looks cool so i'll use it'' try not to do this and get some stratergies going, like take 2-3 squads of 5-6 and go with a wraith wing-style army, like defiler37 said. there is some threads about these somewhere.
